A message from the Group Leader:
Hi everyone,
I’m sorry to have to pass on the very sad news of the passing of Leopold Batt yesterday evening.
Leopold was one of the founders of 164th Dublin Brackenstown Scouts and the group’s first Unit Leader. He was a cornerstone of the group in the early years and key to it developing into the thriving group we have today.
I have passed on my condolences and the condolences of the Group to David and the family.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Leopold’s family at this very sad time. Leopold has now gone home. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.
